(I think I should add that the photo of the hole appears backwards, upside down, if you see what I mean, that is to say you're looking at the exit view)
But my baby don't love nobody
but me, nobody but me
Yes everybody wants my baby
But my baby don't want nobody
but me, that's plain to see!
I'm his sweet Judy
and he is my loving man!
No time to do his duty,
loves me like no other can!
Now when my baby kisses me
upon my rosy cheeks
I just let those kisses be,
don't wash my face for weeks!

Please behave.
It looks like one could use the incline as a ramp and simply jump over the entire obstacle were one to provide sufficient impetus to the ball.
Of course, the landing and direction thereafter would be something else entirely.
Strike it hard to the left, and momentum will carry it round.
Sage advise from Dave that can apply to most anything!
Ummmmm......yup.....I'd be screwed. LOLOLOLOL
JUST sayin'!!

Perhaps if you left a trail of breadcumbs in it the ball might follow them?
