Santa baby, just slip a sable under the tree, for me
Been an awful good girl
Santa baby, so hurry down the chimney tonightSanta baby, a '54 convertible too, light blue,

Think of all the fun I've missed, think of all the fellows that I haven't kissed

Next year I could be just as good if you check off my Christmas list

Santa baby, I want a yacht and really that's not a lot Been an angel all year Santa baby, So hurry down the chimney tonight
Santa honey, one little thing I really need, the deed to a platinum mine

Santa baby, so hurry down the chimney tonightSanta cutie, and fill my stocking with a duplex and cheques Sign your x on the line, Santa cutie, and hurry down the chimney tonight
Come and trim my Christmas tree, with some decorations bought at Tiffany'sI really do believe in you, Let's see if you believe in me
Santa baby, forgot to mention one little thing, a ringI don't mean on the phone,
Santa baby, so hurry down the chimney tonight
Hurry down the chimney tonightHurry, tonight!

I see you have been enticed by the empty spectacle of the winter stupidity season. I will return when all of this is over.

Fun? I had to look the word up.

Very nicely composed, but whatever is S. Claus holding up in the last picture?

Dave said...

I believe it is a giblet from the turkey, Christopher.

More importantly, why are the lower parts of his boots white, when descending via the chimney would surely make them sooty?

And why did ILTV allow herself to be photographed in the previous 'Santa' outfit?

Ah. Giblets. I hadn't thought of that. I thought it was I,LTV in the white outfit in No. 7, but maybe it's the same girl in both. Of course, you would know best. But Sloggis in No. 3? Can this be right?

Holy moly....LOL Giblets and naughty nighties. *laughing*

Sometimes just listening is a good thing.

Mel I love it when they chat amongst themselves. . . so revealing!

Christopher they are great pants, I'll have you know - hold all the wobbly bits in. . .

Dave and there I was thinking it was a mini-stocking. . .

. . .you know I have all sorts of saucey photos (giblets make great gravy). . .

. . .but we don't want to add a heart attack to your ailments, now, do we?

Christopher so, was your second comment based on after thoughts, or were you really thinking all that the first time around and dear Dave enticed you to reveal yourself?

(I can be enticed to reveal all, but only to certain gents)

Dave I thought fun was your new middle name in 2009? oh well. . . the noughties are almost over

perhaps 2010 will bring out yet another side of your kaleidoscopic personality!

(-;

Vicus I have no problem with pagan celebrations of mid-winter - but will you per-lease return to play Secret Santa with us?

(I'm almost begging you)(but not quite)(it wouldn't be ladylike)

Look, can Dave and I not have a quiet chat in our private corner of this blog without all these interruptions? I mean, you could arrange between you to have a cup of tea (Earl Grey and Lapsang, please, dash of Jersey, 1 sugar) brought to us, couldn't you?

*thinks: wobbly bits? What wobbly bits? Ah, perhaps she means buns? Tea and buns, then.*

Wow, you're a bit high maintenance, but I guess if you look that good, if one didn't buy you the baubles the other would.

Peace.

it's my pleasure, as your host (I chose the Royal Albert for you two, I don't own that pattern)

that's great, katherine. - but are you grinning at my lovely composition or grinning at the boys chitchattering amongst themselves (amazing what they get up to when left to their own devices, eh)
