so, what makes a wedding? the flowers. . .

the flowers. . . of which there were manywere totally gorgeous and in such an usual colourway
with, of course, the traditional whitey cream
it was a civil ceremony held in Richmond Park
so, no church to fill with blooms,
but some wonderful windows. . .
. . .looking west across the Thames valley;
no altar, instead a simple table
with ivy and rose petals
the chairs were tied with sashes
in the colour of the senior bridemaids' dresses
and blooms to match the bouquets. . .

the chairs were lovely - and the view thru the windows over the edge of the hill and down to the river made all the better by the glorious weather

The chairs are wonderful! I can't decide - with flowers or without. Oh both. So clever and I love the colours.
And I was going to say, yesterday but blogger cut me off with rude words, how splendid the Teens and Mini-Teen looked in their smart vintage gear.
