I'm a bit late to the party (again!), but Blurb is probably the easiest one. I hear Lulu can be problematical.
And that sounds like that old song about Lulu, doesn't it? "You can bring Pearl, she's a darn' nice girl, but don't bring Lulu..."

I occasionally wonder whether to blurb a book of photos. Or short stories.
This is one of those thought provokng ideas that leaves me deciding I need to acquire self discipline!
