from ELO to Supertramp

*sigh*
Oh, it's raining again, oh no, my love's at an end
Oh no, it's raining again and you know it's hard to pretend Oh no, it's raining again, too bad I'm losing a friend
Oh no, it's raining again, oh, will my heart never mend
You're old enough some people say to read the signs and walk away It's only time that heals the pain And makes the sun come out again
C'mon you little fighter, no need to get uptighter
C'mon you little fighter and get back up again
Oh, get back up again, oh, fill your heart again ...

(It's raining, it's pouring, the old man is snoring)
(He went to bed and bumped his head)
(And he couldn't get up in the morning)

I love this song by Roger Hodgson, co-founder of Supertramp. I saw him perform this classic at one of his concerts in Canada last year. What a show. I was blown away. Roger performed all of the gems he solely wrote and composed such as Take the Long Way Home, Dreamer, Fool's Overture, Breakfast in America, The Logical Song, School, Give a Little Bit, and so many more. He also played some wonderful material from his solo albums from the past few years. Super performance. Check out his website at www.RogerHodgson.com for more information on Roger and his 2010 worldwide tour that is about to start.
