Ah. So it was.
Ah, to be in Wonderland. Much better than the 'real' world.
Well, they both are rather short in the leg department.
Aren't they just too cute though. The hedgehogs--and the tortoises!
There's a national shortage of hedgehogs so it's a good thiong Alice has one.
(I've only seen three dead ones on the road in the whole of this year and it's not because hedgehogs are getting faster - though some twenty years ago they did start learning not to roll up in the middle of the road when a car came and there was a brief decline in hedgehog road deaths)
My favorite part of the movie Scarface is when Tony (Paciono) is in the tub watching a flock of Flamingos on the telly and he's yelling "Pel-icans".
The Flamingo was my beloved Grandma's absolute favorite bird. She thought that they were so elegant.
